Interac Email Money Transfer or ‘E-Transfer’ (as it’s formally known) is a popular and secure payment method for sending and receiving money electronically in Canada. This method allows individuals to transfer funds directly between Canadian bank accounts using an email address or phone number.
Thus, we will be working using an email address to transact funds.
Step-By-Step Guide to Linking Your Interac Email
1. Log into Your NtradeX Account
- Open the ntradeX mobile app, available on the Google Play Store for Android or the Apple App Store for iOS.
- Log in with your registered email and password.
2. Go to the ‘More’ Section
- After logging into your ntradeX account, go to the ‘More’ session, shaped like a hamburger on your dashboard.
3. Go to Accounts & Limits
- Your bank details, KYC status, and Limits are located here in accounts and limits.
4. In Bank Details
- Bank Details is where you will link your Interac Email to your ntradeX account. You can link more than one interac email to your account. You can also unlink your Interac email if it isn’t in use anymore. Once your Interac email is linked, you can make deposits to your Interac email address anytime and it’ll reflect in your account in no more than 30 minutes. Please ensure that your correct Interac email(s) is registered in our system to regularize your deposits.This will help avoid situations where funds are deposited using an incorrect email, leaving you uncertain about when the deposit will reflect in your account. If such an error occurs, you will need to link the email used for the deposit and send a $1 payment to Ntradex’s Interac email. Once this is completed, all your deposits—past and present—will be reflected in your account within 5 to 10 minutes.
So it is imperative to link all the Interac emails you transact with if applicable.
